Initial Start-Up:
- Design and create a Facebook fan page and at least one micro blog site (e.g., Twitter, Tumblr) where you can share current company information and updates and offerings, brand category updates and trends, and stimulate customer feedback and a forum for conversations with one another.
- Create a Flickr, Izimi, Photobucket and/or YouTube account where customers and employees can view all relevant media related to your company’s image and identity.
- Use the aforementioned YouTube account for company, category, and all other relevant information to be shared in a fun, less-formal setting to create a viral presence for your current customers and to establish more brand awareness for soon-to-be customers.
- A HootSuite and Google Analytics account to track usage of all aforementioned accounts/services.
- A QuickResponse code to be incorporated into your advertising and collateral materials, with analysis and an iCandy account to track analytics
- A MailChimp email form creation and one initial email, for e-blast service providing more in-depth information on your company and trending and any current offers. Customers will be able to sign-up for this in your store at POP, on your website, on via your Facebook page.
- Creation of a Groupon or LivingSocial account and 2 coupon designs to dramatically increase consumer traffic and awareness of your product(s).
- A LinkedIn Network group for previous, current and prospective employees as a source for networking and branding of your company as a relevant business.
- A UserVoice account for customers to submit, discuss and vote on feedback for your company offerings.
After Start-Up:
- Using all analytics, modify social media presence appropriately to ensure target audiences are being reached effectively.
- Update and maintain blogs, microblogs, and other accounts with current and valid content for sales and brand image/awareness.
- Use MailChimp email form to send out bi-weekly/weekly email blasts.
- Weekly Groupon/LivingSocial coupon designs
- Provide continual and current analysis of market trends for social media presence of competitors and industry leaders, with in-depth implementation goals/strategies to become forerunner in local/regional/national marketplace.
